Beautiful and heartbreaking is right! Have you seen the LIbrary of Congress's b/w photographs of old wooden churches in the south? Maybe African American churches, if I remember rightly.
Yes, Blue, I have seen those images of wooden churches in the deep south... beautifully rendered in black and white!
